How Curtest Professional Works

Curtest can be divided into four principle component parts. One or more of these are brought together for the pricing and invoicing process.

1. Estimate Database 

This is the basic building blocks for pricing work. You can maintain your own product database for FABRICS, WALLPAPERS, LABOUR, THROWS, HEADBOARDS, etc.

Estimates - Estimates are made up of one or more items, often referred to as prices. Each Estimate has totals calculated per Line.

Items - An item is much like a task or wizard input that has to be completed. These may be entered directly in to the estimate or selected from the product dropdown menu.

Although not essential, a well organised product of prices that accurately reflect the costs to your business for carrying out discreet tasks can be a major time saver.

3. The Product Database

The product database is a fast way of entering in items to the estimate page this will save you a lot of time. You can enter anything you like to the product database.

4. Sales Invoicing

Curtest come will a simple to use invoicing system, this system is integrated with the estimating database, customer database, and the products database.

5. Customers Database

Curtest come will a simple to use customer database this system is integrated with the invoicing database only.

6. Suppliers Database.

Curtest come will a simple to use Suppliers database, this system is standalone database and is use to access your suppliers accounts and internet websites.
